OVERVIEW

This website and online store are operated by REET WEAR. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to REET WEAR.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

These Terms apply to domestic and international customers. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our website or services.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website, products, or services for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised purpose. You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or any material intended to damage or interfere with the website or its users.

A violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Our products may be available exclusively online and may be offered in limited quantities.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colours, measurements, fabric details, embroidery, embellishments, and images accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, or device displays.

Minor variations may occur in handmade, hand-embellished, embroidered, printed, dyed, or specially prepared products. Such reasonable variations are part of the nature of these products and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been reviewed and confirmed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.

SECTION 3 — SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Please review the size chart displayed on the relevant product page. Measurements and fit may vary between different designs, fabrics, and product categories.

Size changes and exchanges are not available once an order has entered processing or production, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after it has been reviewed and confirmed by REET WEAR.

You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing details, and delivery address.

We may contact you by telephone, WhatsApp, email, or another available method to verify or confirm an order.

We reserve the right to refuse, hold, limit, or cancel an order where:

• The product is unavailable.

• Order or pricing information contains an error.

• Customer or delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate.

• Payment cannot be verified.

• The order appears fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or intended for unauthorised resale.

• The customer has a significant history of refusing confirmed Cash on Delivery orders.

If we cancel a prepaid order, any eligible amount already paid will be refunded according to our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 — ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation only before processing or production begins.

Once an order enters processing or production, cancellation cannot be accepted because products may be specially prepared after order confirmation.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

SECTION 6 — PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Product prices may be changed without prior notice. The price displayed when an order is completed will generally apply, subject to correction of genuine technical, typographical, or pricing errors.

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, card payment, or other options displayed or communicated during checkout.

Customers agree to provide accurate and authorised payment information. We may cancel or hold an order if payment is not received, confirmed, or successfully verified.

For international orders, currency conversion rates and foreign transaction charges may be determined by the customer’s bank, card provider, or payment service. REET WEAR is not responsible for charges imposed by those third parties.

SECTION 7 — PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Discounts, promotional offers, coupon codes, and sale prices may be subject to specific conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions, order limits, or availability.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, multiple discount codes cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion where necessary, but this will not affect orders already accepted unless an obvious error or misuse has occurred.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Domestic delivery within Pakistan is free unless otherwise clearly stated before checkout.

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 9–12 business days after order confirmation.

International standard delivery generally takes approximately 12–15 business days after order confirmation. International shipping charges are approximately PKR 5,700 but may vary depending on the destination, parcel weight, and order size.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of production requirements, courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather, incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and an active telephone number. REET WEAR is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

SECTION 9 — INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS, AND TAXES

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and other fees imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless expressly stated and are generally non-refundable.

REET WEAR is not responsible for customs delays or for a customer’s failure to pay charges required by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products can legally be imported into their destination country.

SECTION 10 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

We follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy because each order is specially prepared after confirmation.

This policy does not limit valid claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items or mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Customers must inspect their order immediately after delivery. Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be submitted within 24 hours with clear photos and a complete unboxing video.

SECTION 11 — CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

You agree that we may contact you using the contact information provided with your order for purposes including order verification, payment confirmation, production updates, delivery coordination, customer support, fraud prevention, and resolving order-related issues.

Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by law. You may opt out of promotional communications, but necessary transactional or order-related messages may still be sent.

SECTION 12 — CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, comment, suggestion, or other material to us, you confirm that:

• The submission is accurate and based on your genuine experience.

• You own the content or have permission to share it.

• The content does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

• The content is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, obscene, or malicious.

Where permitted by law, you grant REET WEAR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, edit, publish, and use the submitted material for website, customer-service, and marketing purposes.

We may remove or decline content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to publish every submission.

SECTION 13 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including the REET WEAR name, logos, product images, photographs, graphics, videos, text, designs, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to REET WEAR and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, commercially exploit, scrape, or use our content without prior written permission.

SECTION 14 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

Our website may include tools, services, payment methods, applications, or links provided by third parties.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

SECTION 16 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. If a prepaid order is cancelled because of such an error, the eligible amount paid will be refunded.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

You must not use the website or services:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

• To violate intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, or other legal rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold REET WEAR harmless from reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted or removed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms remain effective while you use our website or services.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or unlawful activity, or created a security risk.

Obligations and liabilities that arose before termination will continue where legally applicable.

SECTION 22 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies referenced on our website, constitute the agreement between you and REET WEAR regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.

A failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and any related agreements will be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Nothing in this section deprives an international customer of any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections available in their country of residence.
